He is regarded as leading engineer in the fire fighting field and one of the few certified engineers allowed to undertake and approve the design and installation of the ARGONITE and Aquasafe Fire Protection Systems. Currently the Argonite and Aquasafe systems has approximately a 40% market share in Malaysia with clients including Putrajaya Holdings, Maxis, TNB Generation, DHL Worldwide, TM and many more.

Mr Tan Chin Heng was appointed an Executive Director in 2006 and currently is in charge of corporate strategy and new business.
